If you order the wrong equipment or material and your order has been shipped and you have not unpacked or opened your order, we will refund 90% less any shipping charges incurred to and from your destination. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Refrigerant Agreement

IF YOU ARE CUSTOMER...I acknowledge and affirm that I am purchasing this refrigerant for the sole purpose of resell to an EPA 608 certificate holder, or for use by a licensed EPA 608 certified HVAC installer.

IF YOU ARE LICENSED TECHNICIAN...I acknowledge and affirm that I am not purchasing this for resell, I am a licensed HVAC contractor who maintains an EPA 608 Certification and I have emailed proof of such certificate to info@hvacgods.com

ORDERING

Please take all precautions when purchasing your equipment or supplies. We do not guarantee sizing or application. We recommend that you get local advice and be sure prior to your purchase.You will receive an email confirmation and a copy of your order. Please note, your order will be processed the following business day. It is your responsibility to be sure your order is placed properly and you or a representative of our company ordered the correct equipment and supplies. If something is incorrect you must notify us within 24 hours. If your order has shipped or been picked up you will be responsible for all costs associated with correcting your order.

CANCELLATIONS

We DO NOT ACCEPT VERBAL order cancellations. All Cancellation requests must be received in writing to orders@hvacgods.com. Any verbal request will not be honored

If your order has not shipped or been picked up, we will refund 97% of your payment if paid by credit card, Debit card, paypal.

Orders has shipped and/or picked up and in original packaging may receive up to a 10% restocking Fee plus any additional shipping charges that may be applied.

We cannot accept the return of used or installed equipment or parts.

SHIPPING


After payment is received, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Your order will be shipped by the following means. Orders is over 100 pounds must ship via LTL . Please allow 7 to 10 days to arrive. Items under 100 pounds will be sent UPS or FedEx please allow 3-5 business days for transit.

If your shipment is going to a business address, a semi truck has to be able to gain access to the business, it must have a loading dock and it cannot be in a residential area or a terminal address. You will be responsible for any additional charges if misinformation is given.

If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you or your authorized representative are present when the shipment arrives. The trucking company will call you before delivery to setup an appointment window to deliver curbside. Please note, because every shipping terminal does not have smaller trucks available, some restrictions may apply to residential deliveries. Below are just an example of the most common potential delivery restrictions.

1. Gravel or dirt roads leading up to address
2. Low hanging power lines
3. Dead End streets or long drives where a 48' to 53' truck is unable to turnaround to exit
4. Gated communities
5. Some rural addresses
6. Addresses directly off a major road or highway where stopping could be deemed hazardous or illegal

ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS makes every effort to choose the best trucking company for your area and delivery type, however ultimately if a final destination delivery is deemed not possible by the trucking company, the customer may be required to make arrangements to meet the truck or pickup at the trucking company terminal. If this occurs please contact Budget so we can reimburse the residential portion of your shipping fees.

Regardless which type of shipping you chose, it is important that you open or remove the box and inspect all equipment pieces you purchased from us. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS takes every precaution to package your items properly for shipment. It is possible that small dents or dings to the cabinets could be found. In this situation you should notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and accept the shipment. Minor flaws are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the system or warranty. In the event that major damage is evident, BE SURE to notate the damage on the trucking company delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

In the unlikely event an order is damaged or items are missing and the customer has properly notated on the trucking company delivery receipt, the items will be reshipped as soon as possible at no additional charge. A damaged shipment is not grounds for cancelling the order.It is ACH PRODUCTS LLC, DBA HVAC GODS policy to reship replacement item(s) provided the customer has properly notated the damage or missing items as outlined above.If the customer does not want to wait for replacement options, order will be subject to the cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT READ THE BELOW STATEMENT:

IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ACCEPTS THE DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTATING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS ON THE TRUCKING COMPANY DELIVERY RECEIPT AND DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS ARE FOUND AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES, BUDGET WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. WE WILL HELP TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, HOWEVER YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE TRUCKING COMPANY. IT IS CONSIDERED A CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAIM, AND ACH PRODUCTS LLC, DBA HVAC GODS CANNOT GUARANTEE AN OUTCOME OF THE CLAIM OR PROMISE ANY MONETARY COMPENSATION.


ACCEPTANCE

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your shipment to be sure it is complete and correct.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing any items we must be notified within 48 hours, otherwise your purchase will be deemed completed.

If your order is accepted and signed for, it is deemed as correct. If you find afterwards that your order is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight to correct the order.


INSTALLATION


We recommend and strongly encourage you to have the system installed by a knowledgeable professional. Regardless of who installs your equipment it must be charged and started by a licensed company or individual.

It is your responsibility to be sure your equipment and supplies purchased from ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS to conform to local, state, federal, or codes. All installations must follow EPA regulations governing handling of refrigerant. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS  assumes no liability associated with the installation of your equipment.


RETURNS

ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS . will accept returns of equipment, supplies and parts if returned within 30 days of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in original new condition (inclusive of all packaging materials and manuals) at purchaser’s expense for freight
• We do not accept returns for electrical parts
• Items must be received before refund is issued
• We will not accept returns of used or installed equipment or parts
• A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for the amount of returned items.
• If the item or items returned were shipped the cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund

ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS will not accept return requests after 30 days from original date of purchase.

Effective immediately we have implemented a “no returns” policy on the older SEER AC equipment from 2022 regulations.

 

WARRANTY

All manufacturers warranties apply based on brand and equipment. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS offers no labor warranty. Your installing HVAC contractor may supply you a labor warranty. Your HVAC contractor can replace any parts under warranty. HVAC Contractors are to process the warranty directly with the manufacturer of the equipment, your warranty is through the manufacturer NOT ACH PRODUCTS LLC, DBA HVAC GODS

Limitation of Liability

ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors

In the event that a ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS  shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACH PRODUCTS LLC,  DBA HVAC GODS , its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
